At Khwabgah, we put care and craftsmanship into every piece we offer. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to assist you with a smooth return process.

03-Day Return Policy

You have 03 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement requests. This helps us ensure quality control and prevent misuse.

Important:

  • Please do not send back any items without contacting us first.
  • Once your return is accepted, we will share a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon delivery so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For refunds or replacements, an unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package being opened
  • The item’s condition inside

No replacements will be issued without this video.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the best method is to initiate a return for the original product, and then place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.
The returned item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with a valid proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please note that bank processing times may vary
